These Terms of Service govern your use of the Resonoak website and your purchase of products from Resonoak. Throughout these Terms, “Resonoak,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Resonoak LLC, an independent South Carolina business.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws while using our services.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, prices and availability accurately.

Because our products are handmade from real wood and other natural materials, each item is unique. Grain patterns, color, texture, markings and other natural variations may differ from the photographs shown on our website. These variations are part of the character of a handmade product and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, device and lighting conditions.

3. Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all instructions, warnings and care information provided with a product.
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and must not be modified, misused, exposed to unsuitable conditions or operated contrary to the provided instructions.
Product-specific requirements, included accessories and compatibility information are stated on the applicable product page or in the instructions provided with the product.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Shipping restrictions
Errors in customer, shipping or payment information

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method or shipping address.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment, contact and shipping information.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Resonoak does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Resonoak is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the address supplied during checkout, subject to applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, videos, software and page designs—is owned by or licensed to Resonoak and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our website content or product designs without prior written permission.

9. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to submit it.
It does not violate another person’s rights.
It is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious.
It does not contain harmful code or unsolicited advertising.

You grant Resonoak a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display submitted content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

We may remove submitted content at our discretion.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping or other matters.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order is submitted. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resonoak and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase or use of our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Resonoak’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Resonoak harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
